The agency received its license in February 2015 from the Pennsylvania Department of Health and had its licensed renewed in 2016 with 0 deficiencies.
The agency is based out of a residence in Lehigh County and has little operating expenses outside of those related to its caregivers (payroll and workers’ compensation insurance). There is no office rent, capital lease or other commitments. The owner is hands-on in the operation of the business and is the only administrative employee. Because of this, the owner is overworked and would like to exit the business. With this in mind, the owner also desires to recoup a portion of the investment made to launch the business and also wants both the clients and caregivers to “be taken care of.”
Currently, the agency has ten dedicated and trustworthy caregivers.
