Biography
To provide the benefits afforded to the veterans of Northampton County by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania according to the Pennsylvania Code Title #51, Article 19, Special Powers and Duties of Counties. To administer programs and services mandated by federal, state, and county laws and regulations as they benefit the veterans of the County.
